Public Health Law Network (Implementation of Decision 1082/2013/EU)

SCJS, in collaboration with Public Health England (PHE) and the European CBRNE Center, is conducting a number of activities associated with promoting and supporting the role of public health law in the implementation of the Decision 1082/2013/EU.  The activities are distributed in three work packages : Work package 1 – conducting a study to map the legal framework that currently exists across member states to support the Decision and International Health Regulations (IHR); Work package 2 – establishing a pan EU Public Health  legal  multidisciplinary forum and an information network and improving PH law capacity – through a workshop; and Work package 3 – table top “walk through” exercise to support the development of the forum and information network and improve capacity building for participants engaged in public health law activities.
