As you know, we have a squad training weekend on 3rd/4th December.

As some of you may have also realised, the BKO Juniors, including all those in the squad, have qualified for the final of the Yvette Baker Trophy which is on the Sunday of the same weekend. So that we can make sure that both of these events happen, Dave and myself have arranged that the squad weekend will no longer be in the New Forest, but we will, instead be training in the East Midlands on the Saturday, stay overnight locally and take part in the Yvette Baker Trophy and District Event run by Nottingham OC on the Sunday.

The Trophy Final and District Event are in Sherwood Pines, as we used for the Relays in the Junior Inter-Regional Championships earlier in the summer, although I think we're in a different part of the forest. This is a full training weekend, not just for the YBT, so it would be good to see as many of you as possible.

I would like to know numbers as soon as possible, please, both from BKO Juniors and everybody else, so that I can arrange transport, entries and food. I'd also like to know which adults can come along (and if they can provide transport, please).

For the YBT, this is a pre-entry event (I'm negotiating for adults and non-BKO Juniors as to when exactly they'll run), so please can you also let me have your SI card number if you have one (SI event - please don't forget it), BOF number if you have one, and age class (in case I've forgotten).

Please can you let me know your availability as soon as possible please - by 25th November at the very latest.
