Our next training session is on Saturday 3rd October 2009, at Pamber Forest, Near Silchester.

The meeting place/car park to be used for the event [GR SU623611], is next to an abandoned building before the Sewerage works. There will be an "O" sign up on the road between Little London and Silchester to indicate the turning.

Craig has planned some excellent training exercises [and with an ‘old favourite’ for the afternoon], which will cover all junior squad abilities. We will also be joined by the South West Junior Squad.
As usual, please arrive by 1015 hrs for a 1030 hrs start, with finish around 1500 hrs.

Please remember to bring £1 per junior to cover the training day activities. Please also remember to bring drinking water, lunch and wet weather protection.
