We have confirmation for the location for squad training on Saturday, 14th February 2009. It will be on Barossa, Camberley. For those that have not been there before, it is a mixture of forest and heathland which will be good training for the British Championships later this month.

We will meet at the usual place at the end of Kings Ride, SU875621, at 1015 hrs and will drive through the gate to the training areas. As usual, we should finish around 1500 hrs.

Please remember to bring £1 per junior to cover the training day activities. Please also remember to bring drinking water, lunch and wet weather and cold weather protection.

Please check your emails on Friday evening, particularly if the current poor weather continues - I was out on the map yesterday and whilst the snow and ice provided good resistance training, it was unpredictable and very slippery in places. [ouch!!]

Please let Dave know whether you will be coming as soon as possible.

Also please let me know if you would like squad tops - a bargain at £20! - we can bring them along on Saturday.
