Our next training session is Saturday, 17th January 2009 at Avon Tyrrell, near Bransgore, in the New Forest. We will meet in the main car park SU186002 . Avon Tyrrell also has its own website [http://www.avontyrrell.org.uk/].

The training exercises have been planned to cover all junior squad abilities. We will include sprint orienteering in the grounds of Avon Tyrrell and a classroom activity. In the event of poor weather we will use the classroom for additional activities, otherwise we also have several exercises planned on the adjacent new forest area [Dur Hill].

As usual, please arrive by 1015 hrs for a 1030 hrs start, with finish around 1500 hrs.

Please remember to bring £1 per junior to cover the training day activities. Please also remember to bring drinking water, lunch and wet weather and cold weather protection.
