Our next training session is next Saturday, at Rushall Woods, near Bradfield - grid reference SU576735.

Directions: From M4 Junction 12 (Theale) take the A4 westwards towards Newbury for about a mile. Turn north onto the A340 towards Pangbourne. Take the first left after several hundred yards onto a minor road towards Bradfield. At the crossroads in Bradfield village continue across the crossroads and then take the first left on another minor road. After half a mile or so, take the first right onto another minor road (probably signposted Yattendon, but I can't remember just now). The car park for the event will be in a large field about 500 metres down this minor road. There will probably be orienteering signs down the minor roads (box diagonally split into red and white triangles). If you cross the M4 on the minor roads, you have gone too far.

Dave Rogers will be planning the training exercises, but please note that this area will simultaneously be being used by BKO for a Saturday event and also a scouts orienteering event [Tim Booth].

As usual, please arrive by 1015 hrs for a 1030 hrs start, with finish around 1500 hrs.

Please let Dave know whether you will be coming as soon as possible [if the adult helpers could also please let Dave know - he may be a little short otherwise as Tim will be looking after the scouts and Roger T and Colin are unable to attend].
